Magdalena Release

Magdalena v4 (October 20th, 2014)

• Migration to universal version of Google Analytics
• Single Sign On using GoogleApps has been migrated from OpenID to OAuth2 due to Google deprecation of OpenID
• Dynamic Manual Task : the web interface and screen used in a manual task may vary depending on the data at runtime

Magdalena v3 (June 12th, 2014)

• Cross application task basket : Provides easy access to user's tasks and submissions. It can be added easily to the header of an application and configured to return tasks on the current app or on all the apps.
• Migration to MongoDB : Starting from this release, all process execution data will be progressively moved to MongoDB, to provide better performance on reporting, more capabilities in the future and improved data security.
• Auto-provisioning of users for Google Apps accounts : Automatic account creation for users who log-in from Google but are not registered on RunMyProcess
• Freemarker methods

• SEC stabilisation : Numerous updates including an automatic ping to keep SEC tunnel active despite firewall policies and additional monitoring from RunMyProcess through API accessible logs.

Magdalena v2 (February 11th, 2014)

• Acceptance Mode :
  • This new execution mode allows you to test user rights and manual tasks assignments before going live
• Execution Mode Based Authentication :
  • Configure up to 3 authentication policies, one for each execution mode: Test, Acceptance, Live
• Configurable Home Page :
  • You can now configure a redirection from https://portal.runmyprocess.com to a RunMyProcess web interface or any external page
• Updated Menu Bar & Header Template:
  • You can now personalize the header of a web interface and add a menu bar
• Rights :
  • Files rights have been updated
  • An admin can now configure restrictions of users' rights
