You can grant access to your account to the Fujitsu RunMyProcess team or to the partner managing your RunMyProcess account. To do so follow this procedure
How to empty your browser cache
- Click on Tools wrench button. Select Options
- Click on Under the Hood
- Click on Clear browsing data
- Select Obliterate the following item from the beginning of time
- Check Empty the cache
- Click on Clear Browsing Data
Empty the browser cache: Firefox
- Click on (1) Firefox > (2) History > (3) Clear Recent History > (4) Time range to clear Everything > (5) Check Cache > (6) Clear Now
Go to TOOLS > General > Browsing History > Delete... > Tick Temporary Internet files > Delete
