Known Issues

This document lists known issues with the RunMyProcess software and gives details of workarounds for them.


1 Date Input Widget using incorrect date in certain time zones.

Due to the way RunMyProcess currently handles dates, countries in time zones that are 12 hours or more ahead of UTC are experiencing problems with the Date Input Widget. The Date Input Widget will select the day after the one chosen by the user.

Workaround

To solve this problem you will need to overwrite the default date handler. This can be done by creating a JavaScript file for your Web Interface and adding the JavaScript below to it.

2 End users are unable to access the graphs in EasyBuilder in TEST mode.

Currently, end users who have the profile USER are unable to access the graphs while running EasyBuilder applications in TEST mode.

Workaround

Set the "Easy Builder - User" role to SUPERVISOR for "RunMyProcess - Easy Builder Resources".
