Protecting Your Data

Your data could be lost due to unexpected reasons such as mistakes in your operation, bugs in your application, security incidents in your account, etc. You need to regularly perform backup for protecting data in RunMyProcess.

This page describes how to download your data from RunMyProcess for backup.

Collections

1. Go to DigitalSuite Studio > Projects > {YOUR_PROJECT_NAME} > COLLECTIONS
2. Click on a collection name to take backup
3. Click on the "Export" button at the upper right corner
4. Select the export options and click on the "EXPORT" button
5. Your export request is processed asynchronously
6. Once you receive a download link via email, click the link to download the exported collection

Uploaded files

1. Go to DigitalSuite Studio > Projects > {YOUR_PROJECT_NAME} > Settings > Files
2. Click on a file name to take backup
3. Click on the "Open file" button next to the file URL and download the file

Versioned files

1. Go to DigitalSuite Studio > Projects > {YOUR_PROJECT_NAME} > VERSIONED FILES
2. Click on a file name to take backup
3. Click on the "Open file" button next to the file URL and download the file
