Organization Tab

Displays a list of all existing organizations. An organization describes the structure of a company or its subsidiaries. Several organizations can be used to distinguish partners or clients involved in some tasks of the process.

In each organization, you can define:

  • a hierarchical view called Entities with different divisions, departments... : a user should only belong to one entity,
  • a functional view called Roles with different functions: a user can belong to one or several functions (roles).

Click this button to create a new organization.

[New role]
group_add Click this button to add a role to the current organization. Once a role is defined, you can add users to it.

[New entity]
chart_organisation_add Click this button to add an entity to the current organization. Once an entity is defined, you can add users to it.

Search an organization
filter Click the filter on the column id's or name's header to search an organization by its id or name. The arrow_refresh icon allows you to reset the current search.

Configuration

Name
Name of the organization to create. This entry is mandatory.

ID
Unique ID of the organization. The ID is generated and cannot be modified.

Description
Give a short description of the organization: an organization is the structure of a company or brand.
