Administrators should be aware of the following methods of managing access to the DigitalSuite Studio modules:
A user needs to have an Administrator profile to access the administration modules (Account Management, Usage Report, Role Management, and User Management).
Having access restrictions enabled on a user's account will limit his/her access to certain modules. To remove the restrictions, find the user's details using the User Management module:
You can disable the checkbox on the Restrictions tab that prevents access to the Advanced IDE and DigitalSuite Studio.
You can disable the checkbox on the Restrictions tab that prevents a user from accessing the data of other users belonging to his/her account in the User Management module.
If a custom homepage is used, the user must have been assigned a role with access rights of type User in the following projects:
RunMyProcess – My Settings project for the My Settings module
RunMyProcess – User Management project for the User Management module
RunMyProcess – Usage Report project for the Usage Report module
RunMyProcess – Advanced IDE project for all other modules
