Monitoring the Platform Status

DigitalSuite offers a public dashboard where you can check at any time the overall status and health of the platform and its major functional components:

Checking on the dashboard is useful, for example, to find out if problems you encounter in working with your DigitalSuite applications are due to issues in your local environment or in the platform itself.

The dashboard shows the DigitalSuite installations around the world. Each section can be expanded to display details of major functional components, such as process and composite API execution or collections. The status is indicated by texts and colors (green, yellow, red), and updated every minute. If an issue is encountered, detailed information is provided in a separate section at the bottom.
