Reports

RunMyProcess distinguishes two types of reports, process reports and web interface reports. The following image shows which purposes are covered by each type.

The main purposes of reports are the following:

• Web interface reports are mostly used to expose lists of existing requests or pending tasks to end users to give them the opportunity to open their tasks and complete them.
• Process reports are used to monitor process requests. For example, they are included in web interfaces to list an overview of open process requests. This is an important information for managers, especially when processes are complex and using multiple web interfaces.
