Files

This view allows you to display list of files stored on RunMyProcess server.

You can sort this list by clicking on one of theses fields : Name, Type, Size and Upload date. You can also filter the list, by Name, Type, Size, Upload date or Modes, by clicking in the filter icon of the column header.

To cancel sorting and/or filtering, use the icon on the bottom of the screen.

Files are uploaded on the RunMyProcess platform either by

• an upload in a project's Files tab
• an upload on a webinterface via the FileUpload widget
• using the create_file freemarker function during the execution of a process.

When uploaded, files are attached to a project and appear in the project's Files tab. The DESKTOP>Files screen displays the list of files that are not attached to a project for some reason like :

• the file has been detached from its project
• the file has been generated in a process which is not attached to any project
